GHA authorised Telstra Dealer

GHA is pleased to announce that it is now an authorised Telstra Dealer, which means telecommunications for all GHA Members. All GHA Members that wish to purchase mobile phones or plans, or mobile broadband now have a GHA option.
 

As GHA Members would expect, the negotiations have been extensive and the results allow significant savings for our Members.

GHA Members can choose from two styles of plans. For those who like certainty, the Telstra Mobile Plus Plans offer:
• L ower call rates
• Voicemail included as standard
• Choice of bonus options for even greater value
• Loyalty bonus if you bring your own phone onto a 24-month contract.
• For those who like cap plans, the Telstra Next G Cap plans offer:
• Generous allowances that include most national voice and video calls and SMS/MMS
• Simple to understand allowances that are always accessible.

 

To deliver this new telecommunications offer, GHA have brought the Telstra service in-house to allow better service delivery and better rates for our Members, directly employing Michael Gordon to be the dedicated business development manager.

Michael will provide excellence in service and match the correct Telstra product and service to each GHA Member.

 

The new GHA Telstra offer brings strong value to both small and big businesses. GHA has negotiated all the terms with Telstra and all plans offer the following value:
• Free and unlimited intra-account calling (phones on the same account) for phones on the same style of plan
• Per-second billing so you only pay for exactly what you use. On average, other provider’s plans lose between six and nine percent of the plan value due to rounding and
• Data for web browsing now comes as standard on all plans.

GHA Human Resource and Industrial Relations Support is a service that has been designed to help GHA Members gain a competitive edge in the management of their business, workplace relationships and career development.  This is a FREE member service and aimed at supporting GHA members with all their Industrial Relations and Human Relations requirements.

A dedicated FREE help desk service supported by a team of human resource experts- available to answer all HR/IR questions for all members 9am-5pm, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year. This service has a four hour turn-around time, meaning you will never have to wait long for answers and advice. Fields of specialisation include:

• Industrial Relations
• Employment Conditions & Law
• Occupational Health & Safety
• Workers compensation and Superannuation
 

200 Employment and Technical Resources
GHA members will have the ability to access literally hundreds of HR & IR policies, procedures, letters, forms and checklists to use in their everyday business activities. So whether a member is after an OH&S manual or some information on how to recruit new staff, GHA HR/IR Support will provide this FREE of charge.
 

Training and Education
FREE educational seminars will be held in 5 locations around the country in order to teach GHA members about HR and IR. Online webinars will also be on offer. Topics will be chosen depending on industry trends and current issues.
