TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Win* a $1000 VISA Gift Card Promotion

 

  1. Eligibility:

1.1 The “Win a $1000 Visa Gift Card Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of The Australian Gift & Homewares Association (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other parties involved in the development or execution of this Promotion are not eligible to participate.

  1. Promotion Period:

2.1 The Promotion begins on Thursday 16th January 2025 at 12pm AEST and ends on Thursday 13th March 2025 at 11.59pm AEST (the “Promotion Period”).

  1. How to Enter:

3.1 To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the survey provided by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

  1. Prize:

4.1 One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

4.2 The winner will receive a $1000 Visa gift card (the “Prize”).

4.3 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification:

5.1 The winner will be selected via a random draw on Wednesday 19th March 2025 at 10am AEST at the offices of the Australian Gift & Homewares Association.

5.2 The winner will be notified via phone and email within 5 days of the drawing date. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being notified, an alternate winner will be selected.

  1. General Conditions:

6.1 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

6.2 The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

6.3 The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.

  1. Publicity:

7.1 By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  1. Privacy:

8.1 Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.

  1. Governing Law:

9.1 The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
