Competition Period: 9am AEST on 14 February 2026 and ends at 3pm AEST on 16 February 2026

Who can enter?

  1. 1. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the AGHA Sydney Gift Fair 2026 between 14 and 16 February 2026.

Who can’t enter?
Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:

  1. (a) the Promoter; and
  2. (b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.

Where will the competition run? The competition will run at the AGHA Sydney Gift Fair 2026 between 14 and 16 February 2026 at Sydney Showgrounds.

Qualifying Order: A qualifying order is an order that is:

  1. (a) delivered or paid in full; or
  2. (b) placed and unable to be cancelled,

on or before 26 February 2026.

Entry instructions: To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:

  1. (a) attend the AGHA Sydney Gift Fair 2026 between 14 and 16 February 2026 at Sydney Showgrounds;
  2. (b) place a minimum of 5 Qualifying Orders from 5 different exhibitors at the AGHA Sydney Gift Fair 2026;
  3. (c) at the time of placing an order, have each applicable exhibitor complete the ‘Order Your Way to $5K Passport’;
  4. (d) complete your details and submit the completed Passport at the AGHA Membership Stand prior to 4pm 16 February 2026;
  5. (e) current members of the AGHA whose membership fees have been paid in full are eligible to receive a bonus entry for every completed Passport entry.

What can I win? The first three (3) drawn eligible entrants will win a cash prize of AUD$5,000. Payment will be made by electronic transfer to the winner’s nominated bank account.

Total prize pool: The prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD$15,000.

How many times can I enter? You can enter multiple times, provided each Qualifying Order is included on one entry.

For example, to be entitled to place two valid entries, an entrant will need to place at least 10 Qualifying Orders and submit two separate entry forms. Financial retailer members of the AGHA are eligible to receive a bonus entry for every completed Passport entry form.

How and when will the winners be informed?

  1. – The prize draw will take place at The Australian Gift & Homewares Association on 23 February 2026 at 4pm at Unit 58, 11-21 Underwood Rd Homebush NSW 2140.
  2. – The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw date. The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published on the Website (https://agha.com.au/sydney-gift-fair/visitor-rewards/order-your-way/).

Prizes must be claimed by 4pm (AEST) on 09/03/2026. At the time of claiming a prize, the winner must provide the Promoter with their nominated bank account details for receipt of the prize.

Proof of purchase: You hereby consent to the Promoter contacting applicable exhibitors to verify your orders included on an entry are Qualifying Orders. You may also be required to provide proof that an order is a Qualifying Order upon request. If the Promoter is unable to verify an order is a Qualifying Order, your entry may be disqualified.

Unclaimed prizes:

Prize claim date: 4pm (AEST) on 09/03/2026.
Unclaimed prize determination: 12pm (AEST) on 13/03/2026 at Unit 58, 11-21 Underwood Rd Homebush NSW 2140.

If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above, or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can’t contact a winner by that date, the entry will be discarded and a redraw will take place. Any such winner will be notified by email within 5 business days and published on the website by 20/03/2026. If any prize remains un-won, this will be published by 02/04/2026.

Collection and use of your personal information: The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) to conduct the promotion and may disclose PI to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. See our Privacy Policy.

General Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined above. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Entry

2. Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed received only when received by the Promoter. If you return a Qualifying Purchase, your entry may be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not liable for any communication problems outside its control.

Prizes

3. Prizes and all elements must be taken as specified and cannot be changed or transferred. If forfeited, no cash or alternative prize will be offered. Prizes are subject to additional terms imposed by suppliers or the Promoter.

4. The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between entrants regarding sharing a prize.

General

5. The Promoter may disqualify any entry breaching these Terms. You may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility. Failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver.

6. You must not:

  • (a) Tamper with the entry process;
  • (b) Jeopardise the fair conduct of the competition;
  • (c) Act disruptively or abusively;
  • (d) Damage the reputation of the Promoter;
  • (e) Breach any law; or
  • (f) Behave inappropriately.

7. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

8. The Promoter will consider disputes fairly but its decision is final.

9. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Substitutions may occur with equal or higher value if necessary.

10. By entering, you request your full address not be published.

11. Printing errors or issues outside the Promoter’s control do not invalidate valid entries.

12. If the competition cannot proceed for reasons beyond control (e.g., technical issues, public health orders), the Promoter may suspend, cancel, or modify it subject to approvals.

13. The Promoter is not responsible for tax implications. Seek independent advice.

Liability

14. You may have consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 which cannot be excluded. See www.accc.gov.au.

15. Subject to law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury or damage related to this competition or prizes.

16. The Promoter is not liable for delivery delays or loss of prizes beyond its control. Prizes will only be delivered to Australian addresses.

17. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and release all social platforms from liability.
