AGHA recorded a significant rise in buyer attendance at its two sell-out Gift Fairs in 2018.
Peak industry body, the Australian Gift & Homewares Association (AGHA) has reported 2018 as one of its most successful in many years.
Attracting tens of thousands of Australian and international retail buyers, in a recent industry survey more than 83% of retailer respondents indicated that the annual AGHA Gift Fairs were “absolutely necessary” in expanding existing ranges and sourcing new products to sell into the next season.
AGHA CEO Wayne Castle commented that the continued rise in visitation at AGHA Gift Fairs demonstrated the ongoing relevance of trade exhibitions for retailers seeking out the latest brands and products entering the market.
“Following trend-defying growth, there is now huge industry demand for the AGHA Sydney Gift Fair to grow even further, highlighting the importance of the Association to the industry.”
Returning to Sydney Olympic Park in February 2019, the AGHA Sydney Gift Fair continues to innovate, evolve and meet industry demand with more new exhibitors, more new products and more new brands being on display for retailers to choose from.
