Governed by a Board of Directors, the board comprises of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer and up to seven Directors who meet each quarter. Elected Directors are nominated by wholesaler members and are ratified at the Annual General Meeting.

Michelle Lawson, President
Michelle Lawson is the owner of DARLIN (Aust), a business founded over 10 years ago. In previous years, Michelle had a corporate career of 25 years as CFO, General Management and Board Member of 2 large corporate organisations. Michelle is also the founder of the Zig Zag Foundation (NFP) and is passionate, forward thinking and a solutionist.

Patricia Guest, Vice-President
Patricia Guest is the founding Director of Madras Link, an import and wholesale business supplying a wide range of home textiles, accessories and gifts to the Australian and New Zealand market. Working in the industry for over 30 years, Pat has a strong interest in the challenges and opportunities the evolving industry presents.

Tim Gillespie, Treasurer
Tim Gillespie is the Managing Director of homewares brand Ashdene, which exports to over 25 countries across the globe. Tim has extensive experience in designing homewares ranges and commissioning their bespoke manufacture, contributing to the industry for over 26 years.

Andrew McLean, Director
Andrew McLean is the General Manager of Australia for global pewter brand, Royal Selangor.  Andrew has extensive experience across retail and wholesale operations and has worked in leadership roles for large organisations including Pacific Brands and Coles Myer.  Andrew is passionate about the industry and contributing to retail success stories.

Christophe Rymer, Director
Christophe Rymer is the Director of the family owned business Francalia and imports homewares from Europe and Asia to supply to the Australian and New Zealand market. Prior to this, Christophe worked in a merchant bank in the property loan division and has extensive finance and sales knowledge and experience. Christophe is a team player and has been a member of the AGHA for over 20 years.

Dean Osmond, Director
40-year Consumer Products industry veteran. Managing Director of the BPM Group, operating in Australia; New Zealand; United Kingdom and North America. Dean has attended exhibitions globally since 1981 his company is a foundation member of the AGHA. Dean has exhibited in all the above countries and others including Germany and Hong Kong. Our Australian domestic schedule includes currently 15 Exhibitions! Dean has a passion for exhibitions both Trade and Consumer and believe in the future of Exhibitions as a cornerstone method of communicating with our existing and potential customers.

Gregory Collier, Director
Greg Collier has over 30 years experience covering retail, wholesale, manufacturing, warehousing and product distribution. In addition, he possesses a lifetime of experience covering business development and strategy, customer service, banking and Information technology. Greg has an infectious and exuberant personality and a strong leadership style fostering teamwork, vision and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Kevin Porter, Director
Kevin Porter is sole Director of Rayell, an exhibiting member of the AGHA for 25 years. With a background in both wholesale business and retail stores, Kevin has led Rayell through a strong growth phase, delivering a fast-growing product range and expanding into multiple markets. Kevin is passionate about making a difference and promoting an industry that is vibrant, dynamic and successful.

Mike Warner, Director
Mike Warner is the Managing Director of Keldan International. Since its establishment in 1999, Keldan International has grown into a market leader exporting wildlife themed gifts to Europe, Asia, North and South America and New Zealand.
