Brauz is proud to announce the launch of their new app, integrating digital experiences, like online shopping, into the physical shopping space, like retail stores. Using digital innovation as the catalyst, Brauz makes it easier for customers to find and buy the things they like.
The Brauz app was created to help local retailers establish a strong online presence that connects to their physical store, enabling them to connect with customers through personalised, carefully targeted messages and customised offers. Shoppers will now have a platform to follow their favourite brands and engage with them, based on their personal preferences in store and online.
Brauz founder, Lee Hardham, realised that the future of shopping is in clever engaging with customers at the right time. In addition, knowing what customers need and when they need it is key to building lasting relationships. This is where the Brauz app comes into action.
Lee explains: “We love shopping. We shop local and as consumers we love to know the stories behind the items we buy, where they’ve come from, and how they’re made. The future of retail is changing fast and we want to make sure local retailers are moving with it. We’re here to help guide them through the process, while providing customers a more personalised shopping experience.”
How does it work? Let’s say you are on Brauz app, looking for white shirts, for example. Wouldn’t you like to know exactly when they are available in store, in your size? Or maybe you’re passing by a retailer stocking the shirt you’ve been looking for? Brauz notifies you about the things you like, at exactly the right time.
