VISITOR FAQ’S

WHAT IS A UNIQUE REGISTRATION QR CODE?

When you pre-register, you will receive a unique registration QR code. This will allow you to fast-track your entry. Once you arrive onsite, simply scan your registration QR code (either printed or on your device) at a kiosk on arrival to print your entry badge. If you’ve lost your QR code, no worries, you can search for your registration at a kiosk or visit the registration support desk.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REGISTRATION QR CODE, WHAT DO I DO?

Firstly, check the junk/spam folder of the email address you registered with. If it isn’t there, please call or email us on 02 9763 3222 or at events@agha.com.au.  Alternatively, you can simply search your details at a kiosk when you arrive at the event or visit an information counter to receive your entry badge.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR EACH EVENT?

To ensure we have your most current details, all visitors are required to register for each event. Meaning, you cannot use the same entry badge from a previous event. Please note that automatic registration is only available to AGHA members.
If you’ve been attending AGHA Events regularly, consider enquiring about membership to enjoy a range of benefits — including automatic pre-registration.

MY COLLEAGUE WANTS TO ATTEND. HOW DO THEY REGISTER?

Your colleagues can register to attend online by following the registration process on our website. Please note Guest Tickets will not be available for purchase at this event, however you can register your colleagues as a Buying Assistant via the online registration page.

CAN I REGISTER ONSITE?

Yes! You can register onsite; however, new registrations are not permitted after 12 pm on the final day.
