Registration and Entry Information

ATTEND

Melbourne Gift Fair is a trade-only event restricted to businesses in the industry therefore registration is essential. Full terms and conditions can be found here. All visitors must register online or onsite at the Gift Fair to receive a unique entry badge. Everyone must complete a new registration for Melbourne Gift Fair. PLEASE NOTE: Your unique badge gets you access to AGHA Melbourne Gift Fair, doors 9-17 only. If you wish to attend any other events within the calendar year you will need to register separately.

All registered visitors will receive a unique Print@Home badge via email approximately 2 weeks before the Gift Fair. Print and use for priority fast-track entry. Alternatively, your badge can be printed onsite.

Registrations close at midday on the last day of the Gift Fair.

Guest Entry

In order to avoid any unnecessary costs, we recommend that all legitimate trade attendees register as a buyer. Guest registration will not be available onsite, please complete a new registration for your guest and select the ‘Buying Assistant’ option. Guests are not permitted entry on the final day of the Gift Fair. To avoid any unnecessary costs we recommend that buyers ensure that all guests have registered to attend.

Children & Babies

Melbourne Gift Fair is a business event with no crèche facilities. Children under 14 years are not permitted entry. Babies aged 0-2 years are permitted entry when in a pram or carrying device as long as they remain with their parent/guardian at all times.

AGHA Gift Fairs are trade-only events and whilst AGHA endeavours to ensure the safety of all exhibitors and buyers, the placement of aisles and exhibitor stands in the exhibition halls is not sympathetic to the potential hazard to young children or the use of prams/strollers.

If you take your child/ward or pram/stroller into AGHA Gift Fairs, you acknowledge that you have been informed you will be held liable for:

Any injury suffered by any persons as a result; and/or any damage to the exhibition halls, exhibitor stands and/or goods on display at the exhibition caused as a result of your entry accompanied by your child/ward or a pram/stroller.

You release and indemnify AGHA and their related businesses and companies against any damage to your property or injury suffered by you or your child/ward whilst you are in the exhibition halls.

Wheelchairs

A complimentary wheelchair service is available. A limited number of wheelchairs are available on a daily, first come first served basis.

The following information is required:

· Date and time the wheelchair is required

· Name of the borrower and contact telephone number and

· Preferred collection location (Convention Centre or Exhibition Centre).

Collection is from the designated customer service desk. Upon collection we will require some form of identification. Wheelchairs can only be used within the venue.

Cloakroom & Luggage

Open from 8.30am – 5.30pm daily and 8:30am – 3:30pm on the final day. Whilst care is taken for your property, AGHA does not accept any responsibility for cloaked items.

FAQ’s

WHAT IS A UNIQUE REGISTRATION QR CODE?

You will receive your unique registration QR code (required for express, contactless entry) when you pre-register and again two weeks before the Gift Fair begins. Simply print and bring this with you (printed or on your phone) for priority fast-track entry. Simply scan your registration QR code at an express kiosk on arrival to print your entry name badge. Alternatively, you can search your registration at a kiosk or visit the registration support desk.

HOW DO I RECEIVE AN ENTRY BADGE?

You will need to complete a new registration for Melbourne Gift Fair and Sydney Gift Fair. You can do this by clicking on the Register button above. Please note, if you are also attending Reed Gift Fairs, you will need to register both events to receive separate entry badges. You can no longer use a Reed badge to access Melbourne Gift Fair and vice versa.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REGISTRATION QR CODE, WHAT DO I DO?

Firstly, check the junk/spam folder of the email address you registered with. If it isn't there, please call 1300 441 384 and we can assist. Alternatively, you can simply search your details at a badge kiosk when you arrive at the Gift Fair or visit an information counter to receive your entry badge.

IS MY BADGE PERSONALISED?

Yes. Your entry badge will be personalised with the details listed in your registration account. If you would like to change what is printed on your badge, please contact our team on 02 9763 3222 or email contact@agha.com.au

DO I HAVE TO UPDATE MY DETAILS EACH CALENDAR YEAR?

Yes. With changes to our registration process, you are now required to complete a new registration for each event you wish to attend. Please ensure you provide a unique email address for your unique registration QR code to be supplied.

MY COLLEAGUE WANTS TO ATTEND. HOW DO THEY REGISTER?

Your colleagues can register to attend online by following the registration process on our website. Please note Guest Tickets will not be available for purchase at this event, however you can register your colleagues as a Buyer Assistant or Trade Visitor via the online registration page.
